Yoga: a path to self-healing & transformation
The way I teach yoga is deeply rooted in its most profound purpose: self-healing and personal development. Yoga, in its truest form, is not just about perfecting poses or achieving physical flexibility—it’s a powerful tool for slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting with yourself. My approach is designed to guide you inward, encouraging you to explore your inner landscape with curiosity and compassion. My journey into yoga began with a desire to understand its transformative potential on a deeper level. I enrolled in Vitality Yoga’s teacher training program, where I had the privilege of learning from Kehry Frank, a mentor and guide with over 40 years of experience in yoga and healing. Kehry was not only a master kinesiologist but also a practitioner of numerous healing modalities. Her wisdom and teachings profoundly shifted the way I lived, moved, breathed, and related to myself and the world around me. She introduced me to concepts that became the foundation of my practice and teaching, and her influence continues to inspire me every day.
Today, the yoga I share is a reflection of Kehry’s teachings, blended with my own evolving passion for women’s embodiment and the sacred connection between the womb, heart, and mind. My classes are an invitation to slow down, tune in, and use your breath as both a gauge and a guide. They are a space where you can explore your inner world with kindness and curiosity, fostering a deeper connection to your body’s innate wisdom.
In my classes, you’ll experience a unique blend of traditional Hatha yoga postures, functional movement (inspired by my studies with Suzi Hately), and elements of other healing modalities I’ve explored over the years. This eclectic mix creates a therapeutic and deeply personal experience, tailored to help you grow in awareness of your physical and energetic bodies. My goal is to empower you to connect with and honor the wisdom within you, so you can become your own best friend and healer.
