Helen and Chelsea are both highly skilled, multi-disciplinary facilitators who know through life experience that beyond the sisterhood wound is a sisterhood that helps you connect with your untapped potential to thrive.

Throughout the workshop a combination of kundalini bodywork, kundalini awakening transmissions, sensual embodiment, de-armouring practices, emotional release tools, shadow work, archetypal embodiment and much more will be explored.
