As a facilitator I assist you through the path of surrender to awaken your own kundalini - your vital life force energy, sexual energy, the energy of creation, connection and consciousness.

This is NOT Kundalini yoga, this is not an exercise class nor an instructed movement class. This is energy transmission.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION?

You lie down on a yoga mat, music is played loudly and the facilitator will transmit energy from a distance - at least that’s what happens externally.

Internally, a multiplicity of interrelating and variable phenomena can occur, including but not limited to spontaneous movements, emotional catharsis, lights and visuals, sounds, languages, downloads, insights, deeper connection to self, deeper connection to all that is, and/or feelings of bliss. It can be considered a purifying experience that allows them the receiver to be more open to deep insights, downloads and realisations.
